The Challenge

TravelWise needed to differentiate itself from giant aggregators. Users found standard booking sites overwhelming and wanted a more curated, personalized experience.

Our Approach

We designed a 'Conversational UI' flow. Instead of complex forms, the search starts with simple questions: 'Where do you want to feel?' (Relaxed, Adventurous, etc.).

The Solution

We developed a clean, image-led interface. The search results used an AI recommendation engine (which we helped visualize) to group flights and hotels into 'Smart Packages'.

The Outcome

The 'Smart Package' feature became the USP, accounting for 70% of bookings. The conversion rate for first-time visitors was double the industry average.
